摘 要:在三相感应电机运行的各种故障中,绕组缺相故障的发生率较高,其主要包括供电电源一相断路和定子绕组一相断路,而这类故障通常不容易观测和诊断。基于感应电机的数学模型,以MATLAB/SIMULINK为工具对电机定子绕组故障瞬变过程进行了建模仿真。通过分析,验证感应电机定子绕组缺相故障理论分析的正确性,为定子绕组故障的快速、准确定位提供有效的手段,且对电机中出现类似故障现象的分析和定位也有一定的参考价值。Stator phase failure is popular in all the faults of three-phase induction motor. This kind of failure is not easy to observe and diagnose. Based on the mathematical model of multi-loop and MATLAB/SIMULINK components, the model of the process of transient induction motor stator windings was built in this paper. The accuracy of the model simulation was conformed by simulation result. It is easier to carry on the observation diagnosis to the breakdown and to obtain the breakdown localization method. It also has certain guiding sense to the electrical machinery in the phenomenon analysis and the breakdown localization.
