土家族棉花球运动在学校体育中的应用研究

摘　　要：详细介绍棉花球运动的发展,重点对它的观赏性、趣味性、锻炼价值及符合广大青年学生的生理、心理特点进行了分析。实践证明棉花球运动适合于在学校生存发展,具有一定的推广应用价值。This paper introduces in detail the development of Cotton Ball sport, and attaches importance to the analysis of its attraction of on - looking and appreciation to spectators, its quality of entertainment, its value of physical exercise, and whether it＇ s suitable for young students＇ physiological and psychological features. The practice proves that Cotton Ball Sport is fit for its existence and development in schools, which possesses a certain value of popularization and application.
