百色市区中小学生营养状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解百色市区中小学生2007年营养状况,为学生营养不良、超重及肥胖的综合防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《学校卫生情况年报表填报说明及技术规范》要求对百色市区中小学生进行身高、体重的测量,采用《1995年全国7～22岁身高标准体重值》作为评价标准。结果共检测中小学生26664名,营养不良检出率为28.93%;营养过剩率为11.59%,其中超重和肥胖检出率分别为6.38%和5.21%。营养不良检出率女生高于男生,超重和肥胖检出率男生则高于女生,城市学生高于乡镇。结论百色市区中小学生营养不良与营养过剩同时存在,应加强对中小学生的营养均衡搭配。Objective The purpose of understanding the urban primary and middle school students in Baise in 2007 nutritional status, for students of malnutrition, overweight and obesity prevention and trestment of the integrated to provide a scientific basis. Methods The Ministry of Health in accordance with the method of ＂ school health situation in making statements and technical specifications that＂ calls for Bose urban primary and middle school students to height and weight measurements, the ＂ 1995 National 7 to 22 -year- old is the standard weight values＂ as an evaluation criterion. Results The results were detected in 26, 664 primary and secondary school students, the malnutrition rate was 28. 93 percent detection; Nutritional excess rate of 11.59 percent, were overweight and obesity rates were 6. 38 percent and 5.21 percent. The detection rate of malnourished girls than boys, the rate of overweight and obesity were higher than boys, girls, students higher than the urban townships. Conclusion Bose urban primary and middle school students excess of malnutrition and nutrition at the same time there should be strengthened in the primary and secondary school students with balanced nutrition.
