摘　　要：学位授予权审核制度是指国家或社会对具备一定条件的学术机构获得学位授予权的资格认定的法律、程序、标准等规则。在实践中,"中职硕士"学位授予权审核制度存在授予权审核依据不清、程序不严、标准不一、保障不够的问题,其对策是明确授予权审核依据、严格授予权审核程序、制定授予权审核标准、健全授予权审核保障机制。Audit system of degree granting authority consists of such rules as laws, procedures and standards, in which the nation or society identifies qualifications of certain institutions to acquire the authority to grant degrees. In the practice, there are some problems in audit system of degree granting authority for ＂MA for SVS＂ （short for teachers in secondary vocational school who study for a MA degree on the job）, such as obscurity of accordance, laxity of procedures, inconsistence of standards, inadequacy of insurance. Countermeasures to these problems are clarifying the accordance, making strict procedures, setting up standards, integrating insurance mechanism.
