摘　　要：构建大学生素质拓展计划的科学管理体系,对于大学生素质拓展活动具有重要理论价值和实践意义,要按照全员拓展与个性彰显、全程设计与动态调整、导向服务与自主选择、整合校内资源与拓展校外空间、教育与自我教育、教育与管理、理论与实际相结合构建管理体系,要构建起大学生素质拓展计划实施的组织体系、评价体系、认证体系、课程体系,使其有效地实施。The construction of the scientific management system for the college students＇ quality development plan has its theoretical and practical significance. The system should consider the combination of group participation and individual demonstration, whole process design and dynamic adjustment, oriented service and autonomous choice, integration of campus resources and development of outer space, education and self- education, education and management, theory and practice. Other systems, such as organization system, evaluation system, authentication system, and curriculum system, are needed for the effective implementation of the plan.
