摘  要:目的探讨油茶籽的95%乙醇提取物和水提取物对两种癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法常规传代培养人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)和人肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721),采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定细胞的活性。结果油茶籽乙醇提取物和水提取物对体外培养的MCF-7和SMMC-7721细胞在7.82~500.00μg·ml-1剂量内均具有剂量依赖性的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);阳性对照药10μg·ml-1甲氨喋呤和硫酸长春新碱亦可显著地抑制两种细胞的增殖。体外增殖抑制作用的强弱为油茶籽乙醇提取物>水提取物。结论两种提取物对MCF-7和SMMC-7721细胞具有明显的抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibitory, effects of the extracts of Camellia oleifera Abel. with in vitro cell culture technology, and provide evidence for the further research. METHODS The cell activity were assayed by MTT methods on MCF - 7 and SMMC -7721 cells. RESULTS The inhibition effect of the extracts of Camellia oleifera Abel. on MCF - 7 and SMMC - 7721 cells were all prominent in a range of concentrations from 7.82 to 500 μg.ml^- 1 in dose - dependent manner,compared with the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Methylaminopterin and Vincfistine sulfate as positive control drugs at 10 μg.ml^-1 also inhibited the viability of two tumor cells respectively in dose - dependent manner. The inhibited ratio of 95% ethanol extracts group was better than that of water extracts group. CONCLUSION The extracts of Camellia oleifera Abel. have significant antieaneer activity on MCF - 7 and SMMC - 7721 cells.
