摘　　要：Toll样受体(TLR)是先天免疫模式识别受体中最重要的受体家族之一。在人类许多组织和细胞中都有表达,并有重要的生理功能。本综述重点介绍近年来TLR在肠道尤其是肠黏膜屏障中免疫作用机制的研究进展。Toll-like receptors（TLRs） are one of the most important pattern recognition receptors in innate immunity. TLRs have many important physiological functions and are expressed in many tissues and cells. This review is on the immune mechanisms of Toll-like receptors in gut, especially in the intestinal epithelial barrier in recent years.
