摘　　要：试验以制药所剩的甘草渣为原料,添加膨化鸡粪和尿素两种不同的氮源来调整堆体的C/N进行发酵试验,以期找到发酵合适的配比。试验结果表明:腐熟后基质中的C/N下降;添加膨化鸡粪的处理无论是在发酵温度、理化性质和发芽指数上都比添加尿素的处理更适合栽培基质的要求;A2(甘草渣∶膨化鸡粪=2∶1)、A3(甘草渣∶膨化鸡粪=3∶1)的发芽指数明显高于其它处理,A2,A3均适合栽培基质的要求。但A2的pH偏高,可以添加其它的配料进行调节。In dais fermention experiment, liquorice dregs from pharmacy factory were used as raw material, their C/N was adjusted by adding different nitrogen resources of chicken manure and urea , the main purpose was to select optimaL ferment treatment. The results indicated that the ratio of carbon to nitrogen（C/N） decreased after fermentation; The ferment temperature, physical properties and GI in all treatments of adding chicken manure were more suitable for the requirement of growth media than that of adding urea. The GI of A1 and A2 treatments were significantly higher than other treatments. A2 and A3 were suitable for the requirement of growth media, the pH of A2 was relatively high, but that can be improved by adding other materials.
