彩色多普勒超声对早期乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断早期乳腺浸润性导管癌的价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对39例早期乳腺浸润性导管癌进行检查,观察肿块的部位、形态、边缘、纵横比、内部回声、病灶后方回声、侧壁声影、微小钙化灶、彩色多谱勒血流显像分布及血流阻力指数值。结果:乳腺浸润性导管癌的二维超声如边界、内部回声、钙化、后回声衰减均有一定的特征;88%乳腺浸润性导管癌内部可测到动脉血流,血流阻力指数值0.77±0.10,而18%良性肿块中测到动脉血流,血流阻力指数值0.58±0.70,乳腺浸润性导管癌组的血流阻力指数值明显高于良性肿块(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对早期乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断具有较大意义。Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler uhrasonography to the diagnosis of small breast infiltrative duct cancers. Methods Color Doppler uhrasonography was applied to observe the location, the form, the border, the longitude-latitude ratio, the echoes inter and behind lesions, the microcalcification, the characteristics of the blood flow and RI in 39 patients with small breast infiltrative duct cancer. Results The imaging of 2-D ultrasound had some characteristic, such as tumor boundary, internal echo and calcification. The arterial blood flow was found in 88% of the malignant masses （RI=0.77±0. 10）, and 18% of benign masses （RI=0.58±0.70） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of small breast infiltrative duct cancer.
