摘　　要：目的探讨Dandy-Walker综合征的产前超声诊断价值。方法对产后证实的38例胎儿Dandy-Walker综合征的超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果38例胎儿Dandy-Walker综合征产前超声诊断典型17例,漏诊1例;变异型14例,漏诊6例;单纯颅后窝积液7例。本组产前超声诊断的准确率为81.6%(31/38),漏诊率为18.4%(7/38)。结论产前超声对胎儿Dandy-Walker综合征及其合并畸形具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in fetal Dandy-Walker syndrome. Methods The prenatal sonographic findings in 38 cases with Dandy-Walker syndrome were confirmed postnatally and analyzed retrospectively. Results The classic Dandy-Walker syndrome was found on ultrasono graphy, in 17 fetuses and 1 cases was misdiagnosed; the mutation was found in 14 cases and 6 cases （6/14） were misdiagnosed; simple dilatation of posterior cranial fossa was found in 7 cases. The diagnostic accurate rate was 81.6% （31/38） . Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound is helpful in the diagnosis of Dandy Walker syndrome and other complicated anomalies.
