摘　　要：体育活动课程作为一种独立的课程形态,有利于培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,促进高校课内外一体化的建设,增强大学生的体育参与意识。但是,目前高校体育活动课程存在着一些问题。高校体育管理者要构建完整的体育活动课程体系,使其更好地实现高校体育的目标。As a form of independent course, sports activity course can train students in innovation and practical ability, promote the construction of integration within and outside classes in sports activity course, and enhance the awareness of students＇ participation in sports. However, at present, there are some problems in sports activity courses. Therefore, peolpe involved in sports management showld strive for the construction of a sound system of sports activity course in colleges and universities so ＇as to achieve the aim of physical education.
