中国企业FDI的海外进入模式及其投资绩效的实证研究

摘　　要：海外进入模式的选择是企业进行对外直接投资的重要决策。对中国企业FDI海外进入模式的投资绩效进行了实证研究,通过关键指标对其经营绩效和市场价值进行了综合比较,进而归纳出海外进入模式对中国企业对外直接投资的绩效影响较为显著。中国企业应结合对外直接投资的主要动机选择适合的海外进入模式。Overseas entry mode is of great importance to the enterprises＇ foreign direct investment. This paper empirically studies the investment performance of the various entry modes undertaken by Chinese enterprises when making overseas investment by comparing the performance and market values of the enterprises. Empirical results indicate that the entry mode bears significant impact on Chinese enterprises＇ investment performance. It follows that Chinese enterprises should choose the entry mode that best serves their investment purposes when investing overseas.
