摘　　要：行政人格系统功能的发挥依赖于行政人格三维度——知、情、意发挥各自的功能并和谐统一于人格结构中。"仁"、"智"、"勇"作为孔子理想人格的三大构成要素,为当代行政人格的塑造提供了重要的借鉴价值。汲取"仁"、"智"、"勇"人格三要素的精髓,赋予孔子人格思想新的时代内涵,以培养行政人员人本的道德情怀,建构和谐的智能结构和培育勇敢的意志品质。The function of administrative personality depends on a harmonious personality structure, in which the three factors - intelligence, emotion and will-function respectively and keep a good balance. ＂ren＂（benevolence）, ＂zhi＂（intelligence） and ＂yong＂ （courage） are the three essential elements in Confucian ideal personality. To mold modem administrative personality, Confucian ideal personality can be used for reference. Absorbing the essence of the three essential elements and infusing new connotation into them are of practical significance for molding administrators＂ people-oriented moral emotion, balanced intellectual structure and strong will.
