摘　　要：通过深入研究,创建了人力资本当期价值理论与方法,解决了长期未能解决的人力资本价值计量难题,实现了人力资本价值计量研究的重大突破和创新。Based on the elaborate study, this paper establishes the theory of present value in human resources and method, which have solved the long unsettled difficult problem of human capital value measurement. The theory is an important breakthrough and innovation in the research of human capital value measurement.
