摘　　要：培养新型农民关系到现代农业发展和新农村建设。在明确新型农民科技培训工程指导思想的基础上,就如何提高新型农民科技培训质量提出了尊重农民意愿、选聘培训教师、办好培训班、强化项目监督指导、建立长效培训机制等7项措施。It is related to the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction to foster the new peasantry. The paper introduced the guiding thought of implementing technological training of the new peasantry, and 7 measures to improve the quality were put forward including respecting peasants＇ will, selecting training teachers, running well the training class, strengthening the supervision and guidance, establishing long term training mechanism and etc.
