体育教师工作满意度研究现状综述

摘　　要：教师的工作满意度问题正日益受到社会的关注,通过对国内教师工作满意度研究现状进行总结与分析,发现我国对体育教师的工作满意度研究少,研究和测量手段单一,研究结果不一致,在研究内容上以工作满意度的差异比较、影响因素的研究等居多,少有体育教师工作满意度与其它变量之间关系的研究,并提出目前研究中存在的问题及努力的方向.The teacher＇s job satisfaction question is being paid close attention by the society day by day. Through summarizing and analysis of present situation about our country＇s teacher＇s job satisfaction,the author finds that the research of P. E teacher＇s job satisfaction is little in our country, the research and survey means are unitary ,the results of study are inconsistent ,the research contents of job satisfaction difference comparison and influence factor etc. are in the majority, there is little research of the relation between P. E teacher＇s job satisfaction and other variables. And the author has put forward the existing problem and diligent direction.
