肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入28例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法剪除角膜,彻底清除眼内内容物,剪断视神经后将义眼座植入肌椎内,间断缝合巩膜。结果本组28例一期植入术后均取得良好效果,所有义眼矫正的外形满意,活动度良好,无1例义眼暴露。随访1月-5年无义眼台脱出或移位现象,也未出现明显眼眶炎症反应。结论羟基磷灰石是理想的眼窝充填资料;肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术并发症少,疗效满意。Objective To observe the effect of hdroxyapatite eye pedestal implantation into the orbital muscle cone. Methods Cornea and contents of eyeball were cleared away, optic nerves were cut off, the eye pedestal was implanted into the orbital muscle cone and scleral shell was sutured. Results All the 28 cases were satisfactorily corrected and got good results. After 1 month-5years follow-up, there was no immigration, exposure and inflammation in all cases. Conclusion Hdroxyapatite is an ideal filling material; Hdroxyapatite eye pedestal implantation into the orbital muscle cone has few complication and good clinical results.
