摘 要:采用有限元方法对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)工程塑料齿轮无缺陷情况和存在不同程度熔接痕缺陷情况的疲劳寿命进行了分析,得出了利用ANSYS对工程塑料齿轮疲劳寿命进行分析的方法,以及上述情况下的疲劳寿命。采用了符合实际啮合情况的接触模型与裂纹模型,首先得到了在正常工作情况下齿轮最容易发生疲劳处的节点应力,然后通过输入S-N曲线,并采用M iner疲劳积累理论对应力最大处的节点进行疲劳分析。ANSYS疲劳分析结果表明:熔接痕缺陷的位置对该材料齿轮的疲劳寿命有较大影响。The finite element method was used in the analysis (UHMWPE) engineering plastics gear without flaws or with using ANSYS to analyze the fatigue life had been obtained. of the fatigue life of ultra-high different levels of the defective molecular weight polyethylene weld marks. The methods of By using the actual contact model and the crack model, firstly, the node stress which was apt to fatigue under normal working condition had been found out. And then the fatigue life of the maxium stress node had been analyzed by importing S-N curve and using Miner accumulated fatigue theory. ANSYS fatigue analysis showed that the location of melding defects has greatly influnce on the fatigue life of the gear.
