摘　　要：为了赢得市场,生产中药材微波干燥设备的企业经常根据顾客需求推出新产品。根据质量功能展开(QFD)理论分析了中药材微波干燥设备的3种顾客需求(基本需求、规范需求、兴趣需求),采用亲和图法建立了中药材微波干燥设备的需求质量展开表,为企业提高市场竞争力提供支持。The corporations produced microwave drier for Chinese herb oftendevelop new products to meet the customers＇ needs for market gain. At first, three kinds of customers＇ needs of microwave drier for Chinese herb （basic needs ,standard needs ,interesting needs） are analyzed based on QFD （quality function deployment）, then set up requirement quality development table for Chinese herb microwave drier with Affinity Diagrams and thus provide corporations for increasing market competition capability.
