摘　　要：全国每年有几百万非英语专业学生,他们听说能力考察模式的建构非常必要,因为它不仅关系到相应理论研究的完善,而且还对教学具有较大的反拨作用,一份问卷调查反映了这一考察模式的建构已经成为师生的共同要求。There are several millions of non -English majors in China every year,so it is necessary to construct an English listening and speaking testing model.This testing model contributes to the perfection of theory study on English listening and speaking,it is also has backwash to English teaching.A questionnaire shows that the construction of the English listening and speaking model has become a common demand from teachers and students.
