528例白内障手术住院患者的统计分析

摘　　要：目的分析白内障住院手术患者的特点。方法通过统计出入院相关报表,回顾性分析12个月期间在医院住院手术治疗的白内障患者528例。结果在白内障住院手术患者中,多见70岁以上者;多见女性;普遍选择费用较低的治疗方案;小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术或超声乳化白内障摘除术,加国产或进口人工晶体植入术的术后满意视力构成比均最高。结论加强防盲治盲宣传工作,普及推广费用较低的小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术,将有效的解决低收入人群白内障盲的手术治疗问题。Objective To explore the characteristic of cataract surgery in-patients. Methods Retrospective investigation of 528 patients＇ data through their administration achieves. Results Among them, high proportions of patients who were female, older than 70, blind in both eyes or chose much low treatment fee were found. The proportions of patients with satisfy acute vision after small incision non-phacoemulsifieation cataract extraction or phacoemulsification cataract extraction plus intraoeular lens implantation with domestic or imported were the same large. Conclusion In order to reduce the amounts of blind caused by cataract in low income population,we should apply for small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and propaganda the knowledge of blindness prevention and treatment widely.
