摘　　要：目的探讨BCA225在乳腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织、非乳腺癌组织的BCA225表达。结果①BCA225在乳腺癌组织表达的敏感度为82.5%,特异度为84%;②BCA225在乳腺癌组织和非乳腺癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论BCA225是乳腺癌敏感、乳腺器官特异的标志物之一。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of BCA225 in breast cancer. Methods To detect the expressions of BCA225 in breast cancer tissues, nonbreast cancer tissues by immunohistoehemical staining. Results （1）BCA225 expressions were more frequent in breast cancer than in nonbreast cancer. The specificity was 82. 5% , the sensitivity was 84%.（2）A significant difference of the expression of BCA225 is observed between them（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Those findings indicate that BCA225 is one of mammary-specific and mammary-sensitive markers.
