摘　　要：科研绩效评价是科研管理的重要内容,在高等院校科研管理中引入绩效评价体系,客观、准确、及时地对科研人员的科研业绩进行评价,对进一步促进高校科研创新,提高科研管理效益,提升科研水平具有一定的现实意义。文章主要介绍军队院校科研绩效评价指标体系的构建原则、评价体系指标量化标准的制订、在实际工作中的应用及效果。The evaluation on research achievement is the important content of the research management. Introducing the evaluation system,hy which the researchers＇ achievements can he exactly and promptly evaluated,will put the value on improving research innovation, enhancing the management efficiency and raising the researching level as well. This paper mainly introduces the construction principles of evaluation system on research achievement in military colleges and presents the formulation of the quantitative criterion and its effect in practice.
