摘  要:研究复合胰蛋白酶提取昆虫松毛虫蛹中的总蛋白质。结果表明,复合胰蛋白酶的用量、提取液pH、提取时间对松毛虫蛹中总蛋白质的提取有显著影响(P<0.05),而固液比和提取温度对提取率无显著影响。实验确定的最佳条件为:酶量占虫粉质量分数1.8%,料液比(w/v)为1∶20,抽提时间为90 min,抽提温度为35℃,提取液pH为11;沉淀pH为4.5,沉淀温度为25℃,沉淀时间为90 min。所得蛋白产品的粗蛋白含量为82.7%,总氮提取率为45.41%。The total protein extraction from pupae of Dendrolimus punctatus walker by trypsinase complex was studied. The results showed that the concentration of trypsinase complex, extraction pH, extraction time showed significant effects on the extraction of the protein (P〈0.05), while relative amount of materials and extraction solvent and extraction temperature had no significant effects on it. The optimal condition was as follows: the concentration of trypsinase complex was 1.8%, extraction pH was 11, extraction time was 90 min, extraction i temperature was 35 ℃, relative amount of materials and extraction solvent was 1:20 (w/v), precipitation temperature was 25 ℃, precipitation pH was 4.5, precipitation time was 90 min. The protein content of the product obtained at the optimal condition was 82.7%, and the extraction rate was 45.41%.
