摘　　要：中小企业在发展过程中,面临很多问题,解决这些问题的关键在于技术创新。中小企业技术创新只有走知识联盟的道路,才能取得长足发展。因此,中小企业发展需要知识联盟是现实的需求。In the development process, small and medium enterprises face many problems. The solutions to these prob-lems lies in technological innovation. Technological innovation of SMEs should take the path of knowledge league in order to achieve development. Therefore, the development of small and medium enterprises need knowledge League isthe reality. On this basis, the paper analyses the concept of knowledge league, the characteristics of knowledge league of the SME Union and the key issues in the development of small and medium enterprises knowledge league, concludes with the establishment and measures of knowledge league for small and medium enterprises using knowledge portal.
