摘　　要：目的研究聚ADP核糖聚合酶1(PARP-1)在人类乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达,探讨纤维腺瘤的发生发展机制。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测156例人类乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(包括有乳腺癌家族史的26例和无乳腺癌家族史的130例)和40例腺瘤旁组织中PARP-1的表达,并对其表达进行比较。结果8.3%(13/156)的纤维腺瘤组织中PARP-1表达阳性,40例腺瘤旁组织中未发现PARP-1的表达,两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.059)。有乳腺癌家族史的纤维腺瘤患者中26.9%(7/26)PARP-1表达阳性,无乳腺癌家族史的纤维腺瘤患者中4.6%(6/130)PARP-1表达阳性,两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);有乳腺癌家族史的纤维腺瘤患者PARP-1表达上调,与腺瘤旁组织相比差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论PARP-1可能参与乳腺纤维腺瘤,特别是有乳腺癌家族史的乳腺纤维腺瘤的发生发展过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of poly ADP-ribose polymerase-1 （ PARP-1 ） and the genesis and the development in human breast fibroadenoma. Methods The expression of PARP-1 in human breast fibroadenoma tissues from resec- tion in 156 operated cases （26 cases them with family history of breast cancer） and adjacent non-adenomatous tissues from resection in 40 operated cases were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The expression of PARP-1 was detected in 8.3%（ 13/ 156）human breast fibroadenoma, while no expression of PARP-I was detected in the 40 adjacent non-adenomatous tissues, without statistically significant difference between the two groups（P = 0.059）. However,expression of PARP-1 was positive in 26.9%（7/26） of those who had family history of breast cancer and only 4.6%（6/130） of those who hadn＇t family history of breast cancer,with statistically significant difference（P = 0.00）. Moreover,there was statistically significant difference in PARP-1 expression between the fibroadenoma group who had family history of breast cancer and the adjacent non-adenomatous group （P = 0.01 ）. Conclusion PARP-1 may play a role in the genesis and the development of fibroadenoma, especially in the fibroadenoma who had family history of breast cancer.
