摘　　要：hUHRF1是最近发现的一个新基因，与鼠UHRF1基因同属UHRF家族。目前，有关鼠mUHRF1基因的功能研究较多，且多以胚胎干细胞为研究对象；hUHRF1基因编码的蛋白序列与鼠mUHRF1之间有73．7％的同源性，那么，hUHRF1基因是否也具有类似鼠mUHRF1基因的功能？该基因在体细胞中的功能又如何？因此，有关hUHRF1基因功能的研究成为必然，现就相关的内容综述如下。hUHRF1 is a novel gene. hUHRF1 and mouse UHRF1 are members of UHRF family, hUHRF1 encodes a polypeptide of 793 amino acide and 73.7% homology to mouse UHRF1. The functions of mouse UHRF1 are relatively demonstrated and embryo stem cell is targeted. If hUHRF1 has the same function which needs to be classified, Research in somatic cells needs to he done. In this paper, I will introduce reports concerning the gene, hUHRF1.
