摘  要:目前,在中小型塑料以及废旧电路板加工企业中,破碎机械的全自动进料闭环控制,是一个急待解决的问题。针对具体的破碎机械设备,设计出一整套软硬件结合自动化控制装置。它利用霍尔传感器提取电动机中的电流信号,通过A/D采样输入单片机,以模糊控制理论为基础分析后,通过控制固态继电器的通断时间,改变破碎机械进料装置振动器的通断频率,达到了全自动闭环控制进料速度的功能。该系统电路结构简单、程序清晰、系统可靠性高,完全闭环地实现了根据设备中物料的量控制进料速度的过程,对实现该类设备的自动化具有重要意义。For the medium and small-sized processing enterprises of plastic and waste printed circuit boards, it is difficult to realize the automatic loading closed control for comminuter. Based on this, this paper introduced the automatic loading microcontroller with fuzzy control. The system adopted Hall sensor to sample the current signal from electromotor and single-chip microcomputer to get the current signal by A/D converter, and controlled the on-off time of SSR by fuzzy theory. The automatic closed control was realized by software and hardware methods. The features of the system are simple structure, clear program and reliable performance. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the control system with fuzzy control can effectively reduce the steady state error and shorten adjusting time. The device is put into practice now and has good performances on real equipmeats.
