摘　　要：概述了新疆八一钢铁有限公司对二手设备冷连轧机组进行现代化改造的情况,特别是在对旧有轧机未进行大的改造加工的情况下,实施了电动压下改液压压下、四辊轧机改六辊轧机、增加轧机工作辊弯辊、快速换辊和增设斜锲保证轧制线恒定等一些列改造,建成后的冷连轧机组生产出的产品质量达到了国内先进水平。该机组投资近2亿元,仅为国内同类新建机组的1/3。The general reformation situation of the second-hand cold train of Xinjiang Bayi Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd. was introduced. This reformation includes changing the electric reduction to hydraulic reduction, four rolls to six rolls and adding work roll bending, quick roll change units, etc. The investment of this reformation is twenty millions yuan,which is the one thirdth of building new production line.
