摘　　要：已有对技术创新组织模式的研究主要基于经济学的视角,认为,组织的技术创新战略决策会受到与所处网络其他组织间关系的影响。从组织网络嵌入的视角,提出了组织不同的网络嵌入特征与四种主要技术创新组织模式间的内在关系。Whlie extant research has been dominated by economic perspectives, we regard such organization mode of technological innovation decisions as a firm＇s strategic choice that are constrained by its network relationships. From such network embeddedness perspective, we construct the relationship between various network embeddedness characteristic and four main organization modes of technological innovation.
