摘　　要：《内经》时代古人非常重视"时脏脉"的临床价值,目前很多医家公认"时脏脉"中蕴含科学性。然而由于"离圣久远",《内经》时脏脉的痕迹渐渐模糊,所以后世医家对时脏脉的看法各异,时脏脉诊法在临床上也很少运用。本文主要根据《内经》经文,参考注家的注释,以探索时脏脉的原貌。The ancestors in the era of NEI JING, took highly of the important value SHI ZANG MAI had in the real practice. And a lot of medical scholars recognized the scientific aspect of SHI ZANG MAI. But the problem is that there is very little information of SHI ZANG MAI and, if any, are ambiguous. What is worse, the understanding of the succeeding generations about the SHI ZANG MAI is different from what the ancestors have and the real application of this theory is hardly to be seen. This thesis, based on the original script of NEI JING, is going to explore the true meaning of the SHI ZANG MAI.
