摘 要:以正壬醇、五硫化二磷为原料合成硫醇基硫代磷酸壬酯高温缓蚀剂并对其缓蚀性能进行评价。考察了原料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成反应的影响,并通过实验确定了最佳反应条件:正壬醇与五硫化二磷原料摩尔比2∶1,反应温度180℃,反应时间7 h。缓蚀评价实验结果表明,在此条件下合成的硫代磷酸酯缓蚀剂,加入量为1000 mg/L时,在实验温度280℃,实验时间48 h的条件下,缓蚀率可达97.2%。Nonanol and P2S5 were synthesized to prepare a new naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor - thiophospate, whose inhibition performances were evaluated. The impact of mole ratio of feed, reaction temperature and reaction time etc on the synthesis reaction was investigated. The optimized reaction conditions were determined, i.e. 2:1 feed ratio (tool ratio) of nonanol to P2S5 , 180℃ of reaction temperature and 7h of reaction time. The product synthesized exhibited good naphthenic acid corrosion inhibition under the evaluation temperature of 280℃ for 48 hours, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency could reach 97.2% at a dosage of 1000mg/l.
