摘　　要：《素问》《灵枢》是中医理论的奠基著作,也是此前各种疾病诊治经验的集大成之作,其中对于传染病的论述,成就甚高,影响深远。简要地说,就是建立了诊治体系,有了系统的辨证理论和治疗方法,为后世的外感热病学说打下了不可取代的烙印,是一个开创性的成就。Plain Questions and the Miraculous Pivot was the basic works about the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which was a comprehensive expression of the earlier treatment experiences of various diseases. The discussion on the epidemical disease get high achievement and a profound influence. In brief, the system of diagnosis and treatment was estab- lished, in other words, the systemic theory of differentiation of syndromes and treatment methods were established, had an irreplaceable influence on Theory and Therapeutic Methods of Exogenous Febrile Diseases at later ages as a new achievement.
