摘　　要：在全球经济高度竞争的格局中,企业发生风险事件的可能性要比以往大得多!正因为有风险的存在,才需要风险管理。我市民营企业风险管理落后的现状,影响了企业的可持续发展。为避免不必要的失败和失误,加强风险意识,建立完善的企业风险管理机制势在必行。In the pattern of highly competitive global economic development, the possibility to encounter risk incident in development has become much greater than the past! The risk management in need is due to the existence of the risk. The current situation of out - of - date risk management in Zhangiiakou non - public enterprises has been the burden to keep their sustainable development. In order to avoid unnecessary failures and mistakes, it is imperative to improve risk awareness and establish a well - developed system of enterprise risk management.
