摘　　要：企业战略联盟对于提高企业抗风险的能力,实现企业绩效稳定持续增长具有非常重要的意义。虽然战略联盟具有很多优势,但却是很难管理的一种组织方式。据资料显示,战略联盟的成功率只有30%,而失败的主要原因是与联盟伙伴的关系问题。如何使战略联盟取得成功,进一步改进战略联盟的稳定性,是所有参加联盟的企业必须考虑的重大问题。The enterprise strategic alliance has very important meaning to enhangcing the ability of antirisk and carrying out the enterprise achievement stability growth continuance.Although the strategic alliance has a lot of advantages, it is a kind of organization method that is very difficult to manage.According to the information, the success rate of the strategic alliance is only 30%, the main reason of failure is the relation problem with the alliance fellow.How to make the strategic alliance obtaining success, further improving the stability of the strategic alliance, is the important problem that all enterprises that attend the alliance must consider.
