摘  要:目的:探讨微波加热处理在冰冻切片粘液染色中的作用。方法:采用微波处理法(MW)与常规法(CT)分别处理60例癌组织标本,并行常规HE和粘液染色(AB)法,显微镜下观察各自冰冻切片的显色效果;记录并比较二者显影时间。结果:经MW处理的冰冻切片染色时间为1min30s(常规均大于15min);前者染色清晰,质量与后者无明显差异。结论:MW较之CT染色制片明显缩短了显影时间,质量稳定,值得推广应用。Objective: To probe the wlue on frozen sections of mucus staining using microwave heating. Methods: The microwave (MW) and conventional treatment( CT) were dealt with 60 cases of cancer tissue samples. They were stained using conventional HE and mucus staining(AB) .The color effects of their frozen section were observed under the microscope.Their development time were recorded and compared.Results:It spent 1 minutes and 30 seconds to complete frozen section in MW, 〉 15 minutes in CT.Sections of mucus using MW were stained clear.Both quality of MW and CT were no significant difference. Conclusions: MW could more significantly reduce development time than CT. Its quality stable, MW should be applied.
