摘  要:本文以可溶性淀粉、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚组分,选择合适的乳化剂,在一定条件下通过自由基共聚制备纸张挺度剂,研究了DMC、St用量对产物使用性能的影响,并利用红外光谱、激光光散射粒径测定仪对产物的性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,共聚组分中适宜的DMC、St用量可增加纤维之间的相互作用,提高纸张的强度性能,淀粉/St/BA/DMC为10/7/3/5(质量比)时所合成产物对提高纸张挺度性能效果相对最好,当其用量为0.6%(对绝干浆)时,纸张挺度提高22.8%,同时纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数及环压指数也得到不同程度的改善。In the paper, the paper stiffness agent was prepared with soluble starch, styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA), methyl acrylyl ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) by free radical polymerization using suitable emulsifier. The effect of the dosage of St and DMC on the performance of the product was studied, and the product was characterized by FT - IR and laser scattering particle size tester. The results showed that the final product with suitable dosage of St and DMC could increase interaction between fibers, therefore enhance the paper strength. When the mass ratio of starch/St/BA/DMC was 10/7/3/5, the best effect of the product on paper stiffness could be obtained. When the dosage of the product was 0.6 wt % ( based on oven dried pulp), the paper siffness was increased by 22.8% , and tensile index, burst index and ring crush index of paper were also improved in some degree, compared to the control sample.
