摘　　要：高职生就业从跨入大学校门的第一天就已经开始。通过从心理状态、职业技能、团队合作、同事沟通等等提升自己的就业能力、适应能力,尽快转变角色,实现顺利就业。有目的地找准自己的职业定位,会使一个人在成功的道路上找准方向,少走弯路。从学生角色到职业角色的转变代表了人生的又一起点,能充分体现个人的特点和能力。正确评估自我、循序渐进地完成角色转变,意味职业人生成功了一半。From the first day in college, vocational college students are facing the stress of employment. By means of psychological status, professional technique, teamwork, and mate colleague communication at college, they can promote their ability of employment, adaptability to change their role from student to professional. Having fight goal in employment can make one succeed quickly. The role change from student to professional represents a new beginning in one＇ s life and it manifests that person＇ s ability and characteristic. Giving oneself a correct evaluation and having the role change gradually mean the professional life is half done.
