摘  要:于2006年1月至2006年12月期间测定了采自浙江灵昆岛潮滩的橄榄蚶含水量、肥满度和生化成分,分析其周年变化.结果显示:橄榄蚶含水量、肥满度和各生化成分的月间变化差异显著.含水量和肥满度的周年变化范围为74.59%-81.36%和6.92%-14.11%,橄榄蚶肥满度与含水量的周年变化呈显著的负相关;软体部干物质中蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性糖、总糖和灰分的周年变化范围分别为55.17%-66.80%、5.60%-16.81%、2.43%-6.42%、6.82%-21.20%和4.37%-12.13%,不同生理变化阶段的生化成分主要与繁殖周期有关.Variations in the water contents, meat condition index and biochemical compositions of Estellarca olivacea were studied from January 2006 to December 2006 in the tideland of Lingkun Island, Zhejiang province. There were significant differences of the water contents, meat condition index, proteins, lipids, soluble carbohydrates, total carbohydrates and ashes in different month. The value of the water contents ranged from 74.59% to 81.36%. The value of the meat condition index ranged from 6.92% to 14.11%. The meat condition index was negatively correlated with the water content. The ranges of proteins, lipids, soluble carbohydrates, total carbohydrates and ashes were 55.17%-66.80%, 5.60%-16.81%, 2.43%-6.42%, 6.82%- 21.20% and 4.37%-12.13%, respectively. Biochemical compositions in the different periods of physiology were relevant to reproductive cycle.
