摘　　要：吉西他滨作为一种新型抗肿瘤药,不论在单药化疗、联合化疗或联合放疗等方面,都对鼻咽癌具有较好的疗效,且毒副反应轻微,为晚期鼻咽癌患者带来了新的希望。本文主要阐述了吉西他滨的抗肿瘤作用机制、放疗增敏作用、单药以及联合其他化疗药治疗鼻咽癌的研究进展。As one kind of new tumor chemotherapeutic drugs, gemcitabine has shown good efficacy in treating nasopharyngeal cancer, whieh was used alone or in combination with several other antitumoral agents, and without seriously adverse effects. In this article,we review the ;esearch progress in gemcitabine on treating nasopharyngeal cancer, antitumor mechanism and radiotherapy enhaneement.
