广东汉族人ABO血型与胃癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究广东汉族人ABO血型与胃癌的相关性,探讨各种血型物质在胃癌发生中的作用。方法统计广东汉族人中251例胃癌患者和235例健康人的ABO血型分布,并进行相关性分析和血型物质的相对危险率分析。结果胃癌患者中A型血占36.65%,对照组为25.96%,胃癌患者O型血占22.71%,对照组占30.64%,两种血型的分布在胃癌组与对照组之间存在显著性差异。胃癌患者中B和AB型血分别占31.47%、9.17%,对照组分别占35.32%、8.08%,均无显著性差异。相对危险率A型血者为1.65,B型血者为0.84,O型血者为0.66,AB型血者为1.15。结论广东汉族人ABO血型与胃癌的发生具有相关性,血型物质A抗原是胃癌的一个重要危险因子。Objective To study the relationship between ABO blood groups and cancer of stomach in Hans of Guangdong province and invest the role of the blood-group substance during the occurrence of the cancer. Methods ABO blood group distribution of 251 patients with gastric cancer and 235 healthy controls were enrolled in our study and the relation between two groups was analyzed. Furthermore, the Relative Rise （RR） of each blood antigen was calculated. Results The distribution of ABO blood groups in patients versus control groups was A in 36.65% （versus 25.96% （0.01〈P〈 0.05）, O in 22.71% versus 30.64%（0.01〈P〈0.05）, B in 31.47% versus 35.32%（P〉0.05）,AB in 9.17% versus 8.08%（P〉0.05）. The frequency of gastric cancer in A group was higher than those non-A groups, and the RR was 1.65 in A and 0.66 in O, 0.84 in B and 1.15 in AB. Conclusion There is obvious relationship between stomach cancer and ABO blood groups in Hans of Guangdong province. The blood antigen A is a vital risk factor during the form of stomach cancer.
