摘　　要：国家"十一五"规划明确提出了全面贯彻落实科学发展观,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略目标。据此提出了建设资源节约型、环境友好型绿色船舶工业的设想,并就如何建设绿色船舶工业从设计、工艺、管理模式等方面提出了相应的建议,供业内人士共同探讨。The Outline of the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development sets forth the strategic target for comprehensively implementing the scientific development conception, building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Based on the target, this paper introduces a thought on building resource-saving and environment-friendly green shipbuilding industry, and makes related suggestions how to build the green shipbuilding industry in the way of design, technology, management mode for the sake of discussing together.
