摘　　要：云南达亚有色金属有限公司所属的狮子山铜矿在30余年艰苦卓绝的矿业开发中,在为社会创造巨额物质财富的同时,积淀下了具有矿山特色厚重的企业文化底蕴,狮子山铜矿独具自己特色的企业文化已经得到了铜矿广大人员工的广泛认同,并显示了旺盛的生命力,为铜矿的科学和谐发展提供了文化支撑。狮子铜矿的成功,为构建和谐企业,乃至和谐社会,无疑提供了一个成功的范例。Shizishan Copper Mine has accumulated the rich cultural details of enterprise with the mine features while creating a huge amount of material wealth for society after going through ulore than 30 - year extremely arduous mine development. Its unique enterprise culture showing vigorous life - force has been approved widely by staffs of the copper mine, and provides the cultural support for the scientific and harmonious development of the copper mine. The success of Shizishan Copper Mine obtained becomes a successful example for constructing harmonious enterprise and society.
