摘  要:随着高等教育国际交流的扩大,中外合作办学发展迅猛,外籍教师在我国教育事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但目前不少高校存在着引智目的不明确、外籍教师水平参差不齐、管理体系不完善等问题。明确聘外目的,拓宽聘外渠道,严把聘任关,完善管理机制,开展岗前培训,明确教学要求,加强教学监督机制,提倡人文管理是高校提高聘外效益的有效途径。Along with the expansion of internationalization of higher education, Sino- Foreign joint education has rapidly developed. The foreign teacher is playing an important role in Chinese education. At present many colleges, and universities exist such questions as the aim of inviting foreign teachers is not clear about, the foreign teacher's level is irregular, the management system is imperfect. We should take measures from clearing about the aim of invitation, broadening foreign teachers recruitment channels, taking strict procedures in employment, improving the management mechanism, carrying out prejob training, strengthening supervision on teaching and promoting the humanistic management so as to improve the efficiency of the employment of foreign teachers.
