摘　　要：计算机伦理学的发展经历了一个逐步完善、动态变化的过程,逐步渗透到其他学科之中。对于计算机伦理学做出不同角度的理解是与计算机伦理学的不同发展阶段密切相关的。在不断的发展过程中,计算机伦理学探究的论域也在不断发生变化。计算机伦理学应被视为介于伦理学和科学之间的一门新兴学科,其研究对于伦理学和科学的发展都有重要的意义。Computer ethics has the broad and narrow explanation. The development process of computer ethics is dynamic and has become gradual perfection. Computer ethics gradually infiltrates into other disciplines in the development process. The different understanding of computer ethics from various perspectives has keen relationship with the different development stage. In the gradual development process, topics of computer ethics also have changed. Computer ethics should be regarded as a new inter - discipline subject and its study has important meaning to the ethics and science.
