摘  要:针对过去用传统的手工整理分析水文资料繁琐费力、效率低、计算精度不高的弊端,探讨了利用数据库与Matlab、Delphi等程序设计语言混合编程的可行性,实现从数据库提取数据到统计分析直至图形绘制的全自动化处理。分别以风、浪玫瑰图和一维分布为例,完成程序的设计工作,并添加模糊查询与数据输出功能,便于数据的进一步处理,大大提高了科研工作中的效率。Ocean engineering construction is involved in wind, wave, and the other dynamic environmental conditions. Due to that large quantity of data were mainly observed by optical wave meter at the coastal hydrologic stations in the past, the input, management and analysis of these data took much more time. Facing to such a not-easy obtained marine data, how to offer a not only safe but also economic ocean environmental condition design standard plays an important role to ocean engineering design. The shortage of artificialy processing observed data is its lower efficiency. In this paper, the feasibility of mixing programming with Matlab, Delphi and other softwares is studied. The procedures of not only picking up data from data base but also dipicting figures are automatically realized. Taking wind rose diagrams, wave rose diagrams and univariate distribution fitting as examples, the design of programs is finally finished. Both obscure inquiry function and data output function are realized. The efficiency of statistical work is greatly improved.
