摘　　要：在构建和谐黑龙江的伟大历史进程中,提高精神生活质量是黑龙江人的重要奋斗目标。在现阶段,黑龙江人的精神生活总体呈现出主体性提高、文明性增强、精神需求增长、精神感受良好的健康发展态势。但由于经济发展水平、社会发展机制和开放社会环境等多方面因素的制约,精神生活领域还存在信仰迷失、特性缺失、设施缺乏的现象。During the process of building harmonious Heilongjiang province, it is an important target to improve the quality of spirit life. At present, Heilongjiang provincial people＇ s spirit life shows such healthy tendency, like rising in main body, civilization, spirit demand and spirit feeling good. Because of the restriction of level of economy developing, social developing mechanism, opening social environment and other factors, people＇ s sprit life appears conviction and characteristics absence, shortage in facilities.
