摘　　要：以文化传承人为切入点,从旅游业转型发展对文化传承人的需求、文化传承人与旅游文化学科专业的目标定位、文化传承人的培养途径和措施等方面探讨了民族地区高等旅游院校特色化发展问题。认为文化传承人的培养,离不开旅游文化学科的支撑和相关专业建设。Starting with the idea of inheritors of culture, this paper discusses the development of tourism colleges in ethnic areas from the perspectives of the needs addressed by the transformation of tourism industry to the inheritors of culture, the goal of tourist culture disciplines, and the ways and measures to cultivate inheritors of culture. It argues that the cultivation of such inheritors is inseperable from the support of tourism culturology and the construction of relevant disciplines.
