摘　　要：神经解剖学内容复杂、抽象，难学且记忆比较困难，由此导致目前医学生存在“一少两弱”的现象。文章介绍了引入关键路径概念，并参考这一项目时间管理技术，按照关键路径的基本理念、技术和方法，实施“脊髓和脑的被膜”教学实践，探索神经解剖学教学的一些想法和做法。Neural anatomy is so complex and abstract that learning and memorization are difficult, which causes one-insufficiency and two-weakness in some students. This paper introduces the concept of critical path method （ CPM ） , and implementation of teaching capsule of spinal cord and brain and exploring neural anatomy teaching method by referring to this project time management technology, and following the basic conception, techniques and methods of CPM.
