摘　　要：根据营养高职教育的人才培养目标，通过采用以工作岗位为目标设计课程模块，以胜任岗位需求为原则归纳岗位核心能力，以完成工作任务为核心确定工作项目，以完成项目内容为目标组合理论与实践教学内容、设计教学情景等方式，介绍了课程改革的思路和做法。According to the training objectives of talented personnel of higher vocational education of nutrition, the paper introduces our thoughts and practice of curriculum reform in the following aspects： design curriculum mode with post task as the orientation, summarize core post capability based on the principle of being competent for post demand, decide task items based on task completion, combine theory and practice teaching content and design teaching situation based on completion of project contents.
